Your furnace & air conditioning system will run for hours upon hours making the air inside your home comfortable, but with all that hard work comes dirt and debris that can cause your HVAC system to have to work even harder. 10% off service and replacements We're there for you when you need us!

A Comfort Club Plan is an agreement between you and Waters Mechanical for scheduled inspections and maintenance of your heating and air conditioning system. Preventative Maintenance visits or PM's are scheduled semi-annually to maintain peak efficiency, assist in lowering utility bills and prohibit bacteria growth. PM's are usually done seasonally in the fall and spring. One of our service technicians will inspect and clean your home comfort system preparing it for the upcoming season in a proactive approach. Having your HVAC system checked semi-annually is just as important as changing the oil in your automobile every 3,000 miles.

Preventative Maintenance Checks Include:

  • Inspection of safety controls
  • Inspect and tightening of electrical components
  • Change dirty air filters
  • Clean and lubricate motors as required
  • Inspect, clean, and balance blowers as required
  • Clean evaporator and condenser coils as required
  • Treat condensate drains to prevent obstructions
  • Check refrigerant level
