I contracted with your company to have an air conditioner installed in the house. I just wanted to let you know about the crew that you sent to the house. The employees were Ramon Humphrey and Mancy Turner. The work and attention to detail that they showed in my opinion as a customer was second to none. They kept me informed on the whole installation process. I would have to say they were not working under the most spacious of conditions. When they were presented with a problem I feel as if they came up with a very reasonable solution. I also like the way that it looks (very professional). I also had a three year old son in the house while the work was being completed. They were very tolerant of the interruptions caused by him. At the end of the day they cleaned up after themselves very well. That included sweeping, vacuuming and taking out the trash. After I told them not to worry about it they insisted and did a very good job at it. Because of these two individuals I would recommend your company to my family and friends. I told them "my daughter is coming home from school and she vacuums the floor, don't worry about it." To which they replied, "no sir, this is our mess, we clean it, it wouldn't be right".
